How you can be a part of The Remember Me Foundation

Thank you for taking the time to explore ways you can help. We rely on the sole support of the public to help us succeed in our mission. We have many ways in which you can help. We have divided them into subsections to be able to explain in further details.

Research and Development
As you can imagine we spend an enormous amount of time researching for children who go forgotten, these children who are not remembered with a permanent memorial are generally not found online, there is little media coverage on these children, this is how they have been forgotten, people do not know their stories. We are always looking for people to help us undertake research, by finding children who are resting in an marked place.

Marketing and Word of Mouth
The best form of advertising is word of mouth, we would like to keep costs to a minimum in order to be able to help more children. Marketing can be a very costly avenue, therefore we are looking for people who can help tell people about the Foundation, people who maybe have a blog, or a news column or even a television show. Helping in this respect ensures that the donations of monetary value go directly into each project. We look for people who will contact people and tell them about the 'The Remember Me Foundation,' whether it be friends, family, media stations or celebrities who would be interested.

Donations of Services and Goods
Running a Foundation can be costly, therefore instead of donating financially people may want to donate a service the foundation will require. Such as administrative (Stationary, Marketing, Advertising, Legal advice), promotional (Wristbands, Key rings, Pen's) Fundraising aid (Premises to hold them, Catering, Enterainment) and Commemorative items (Memorial plaques, Engraving services) Another service which you may be able to help with, it the arrangement of fake flowers, just a small boquet which can be placed on each resting place.

Donations of a Monetary Value
After all being said and done, none of this could happen if we cannot raise the funds to purchase the memorial plaques and headstones, we do rely on the generosity of the public to help. Holding Fundraising Events
One of the best ways to raise awareness of any Foundation and to raise funds at the same time is by holding fundraising events. They could come in the form sponsored events or entertainment days.
