Savannah Rose

Savannah Rose        Savannah's Resting Place

19th September 2008

Savannah is described as a clingy and loving little girl! Savannah was just four years old she was found bound up in a sleeping bag in her home apartment where her mother and step father lived. She had been asphyxiated with a fore arm by leaning with the full body weight of an adult against her neck! These were not the only injuries found upon her tiny body, signs of continual abuse were substantiated with the coroners report.!

It has been nearly two years since Savannah was murdered, yet she still remains in an unmarked resting place! We want to change this. We want to provide Savannah Rose with an upright jet black granite headstone with a colored laser etch of the Disney Princesses, whom Savannah loved, with a short inscription, and of course her names and dates upon.

The estimated cost for this project is of this is a $1561, this is made up of $899 for the upright stone, $300 for the colored laser etching, $102 for the extra letters, $210 for the laying of the foundation and $50 for the installation fee.

If you can help towards Savannah's stone we would truly appreciate it. You might also think about making a regular donation, the more people who are able to this the more children we can help in the future, you can do this by clicking 'Donate Regularly.' We need to give this little her name back! We want to do this in time for her second angelversary, which means we would ideally like to raise these funds by the 31st July 2010!

13th July 2010, the funds for Savannah's stone have been raised! We are very pleased to say Savannah will be given her name for her angelversary. Thank you to all who donated and special thanks to a Child's Voice Campaign who donated on behalf of a murdered child called Nicholas Miller. Thank you.

19th September 2010, On the second angelversary of Savannah's murder, her beautiful headstone was unveiled, a small ceremony attended by her family was held, we could not have made this possible for Savannah without the help of people who donate and spread the word about the foundation, so if you were involved in this, we would like to say a huge thank you to you, please keep on supporting us, afterall without your support we could not continue.

Savannahs Stone

(Please note we have blocked out Savannah's surname as her trial has not yet taken place and to protect the identity of her brother)
